Prior to using MECI's Website, Meta Game City Metaverse, and NFT Marketplace, please review our Terms and Conditions. Investors (You) are responsible for reading all of our terms and agreeing to them. Sellers and buyers of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Token, etc acknowledge that they have read all of our Terms and agree to them.
In any other case, we strongly recommend that you refrain from using our website.
Proper Use of Website
The MECI website facilitates the purchase of tokens; buying and selling of NFTs; and exploring the Meta Game City Metaverse. NFTs can be minted, browsed, bought, and sold in the Meta Game City NFT Marketplace.
The website can only be used for purposes related to the activities listed above. Please do not use our platform for committing disruptive, illegal, or criminal acts, especially under any jurisdiction applicable. In addition, we prohibit you from encouraging or inducing anyone else to engage in any of these activities.
Non-Fungible Token (NFT)
NFTs (non-fungible tokens) are digital tokens backed by powerful cryptography and exist on the Blockchain. In other words, non-fungible refers to unique entities that cannot be copied, substituted, or subdivided by other entities using the same machine or technology. Meta Game City will allow users to experience NFTs.

You acknowledge and agree to enter the website at your own risk. Digital assets are not backed by any entity and you have control over your assets fully.

You also understand and accept any risks associated with your cryptocurrency address, the blockchain, the cryptocurrency, and any related transactions.
Acquiring digital assets in the Metaverse or using MECI Token can lead to hackers pishing to acquire assets. You may try to avoid any kind of interaction with potential risk. Understanding all kinds of risks mentioned or not mentioned, You agree to use the platform and thus take full responsibility in accordance with Your knowledge.
Unauthorized Use of Website
MECI's Terms and Conditions explictly prohibit the following actions:
- Any kind of activity which come under illegal activity, felony, or misdemeanor. It also prohibits any kind of terrorist financing, money laundering, illegal gambling, drug use, phishing, or any kind of hacking.
- Any material that defames, violence, harasses, is fraudulent or is obscene, or pornographic
- Using the MECI marketplace, affiliated social media communities, or affiliates to post, share, distribute, upload, or steal intellectual property.
- Any action that could lead to the proliferation of viruses, malware, spyware, etc.
- Imitating any person or entity locally or globally.
- Anything that may hinder a third party's ability to access our Site or App;
- Violating any cybercrime law such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF).
- Any act does not abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Denial from Access
In its sole discretion, MECI may deny you access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability. Should there be evidence that you have violated our terms, implicitly or explicitly, we have the right to take the said action immediately.
